Cultivation facilities aren't regular buildings — tight humidity bands, high fresh-air exchange, peak loads on cold cycles, 24/7 occupancy. We model the building envelope, the cultivar envelope, and the local climate, then design HVAC, bioreactors, and a lifecycle stack to hit the cross-section.

HVAC design + year-round simulation

ASHRAE 169 climate-zoned baseline, hourly load curves via EnergyPlus/Honeybee, zone-by-zone equipment sizing, and PID control verification.

Bioreactor process design + scale-up

Vessel geometry, agitation and sparge specification, DO/pH/biomass target curves, scale-up from bench to pilot to production.

Strain registry + lifecycle tracking

Clean strain catalog with envelope overrides, passage history, and genetic markers — preventing the slow yield drift that comes from undocumented passages. Batch lifecycle ties every harvest back to its strain and operating environment.

Post-harvest extraction

Full-spectrum mushroom extract via ultrasonic cavitation. Process modeling, equipment sizing, yield curves.
