Water + Environmental IoT

SCADA, sensor networks, time-series telemetry, and process control for water utilities, aquaculture, and environmental monitoring. The same open platform that runs our cultivation forest, applied to wet infrastructure.

Why we care about wet infrastructure

Water systems and cultivation systems share most of their hard problems: continuous operation, tight setpoint envelopes, distributed sensors, regulatory audit trails, and operators who need to trust the telemetry. The cultivation stack we've been shipping ports almost directly — drop in new sensor drivers and a new control loop, keep the rest.

Sensor + controller specification

We pick boxes that have real drivers, real schemas, and a path to repair — not the cheapest unit at the trade show. Specs include mounting, calibration cadence, and end-of-life signals.

Time-series data model

One normalized event stream, indexed for fast range queries, with Grafana panels and Loki annotations wired in by default. No bespoke historian database.

Alert routing into the ops loop

Threshold breaches don't just light up a dashboard — they file into your work tracker, page on-call, and auto-close when the underlying metric resolves.

Edge ↔ cloud reconciliation

Sites with intermittent connectivity sync cleanly when the link comes back. No lost samples, no duplicate writes, no "our SCADA drifted" incidents.

Where this fits

Municipal water utilities, aquaculture facilities, stormwater monitoring, irrigation networks, well-field telemetry, treatment-plant process control. If it's wet and it needs to stay measured, we're probably useful.
